My love of sewing began at the age of 14, learning from my grandmother and growing up in a family of crafters.
What began as a passion has developed into Thorns & Roses, where i combine traditional sewing skills with a love of beautiful fabrics, colour and pattern.

I believe the right fabric can transform a room , Whenever you know exactly what you want or need a little help bringing your ideas together, I can help you choose colours, patterns and textures that complement your home and personal style.
From coordinating a whole room to selecting the perfect fabric for a single window, I offer a personal hands on service.
I can help you choose your fabrics, advise on styles and finishes and create bespoke curtains, roman blinds, cushions, headboards and other soft furnishings to bring your home to life.

I work with a carefully selected range of fabric houses, from timeless linens to distinctive prints and luxurious decorative designs. My aim is to create something individual, beautifully made and right for your home.

Based just outside of Newent , I work with customers across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Monmouthshire.
